DIP (De Smet in Prayer)
DeSmet in Prayer, commonly referred to as DIP, is a student prayer group that meets weekly to discuss, reflect, and pray together. DIP started in 2010 and is unique because it is entirely student led and organized. Students pick topics each week to discuss. Meetings last about 30 minutes and are before school. Breakfast is provided at each meeting. The prayer we use to start and end each meeting is the “Fellowship of the Unashamed.” DIP is one way we try to live our faith together as brothers, drawing support, encouragement, and insight from one another. Any Spartans are welcome to attend any time that it fits with their schedules.
