In any given week at our school, the breadth and depth of life of our student body and school community is apparent. This week we delighted in the abundance and presence of family, and grandparents in particular.
Last Sunday, love, pride, and joy filled the gymnasium at the Grandparents' Mass where Fr. Burshek, S.J., offered a special blessing and students laid their hands upon grandmothers and grandfathers.
Throughout the week, grandparents cheered on Spartans at track meets, volleyball games, baseball games, and more.
Tonight we invite grandparents, (plus parents, neighbors, and friends!) to join us on campus again for the second annual Fish Fry where we will fellowship and collect for a cause.
Prayers, support, and encouragement undoubtedly occur every moment from the special grandparents in our students' lives. We are grateful for grandparents, and we thank our students and parents for including them in our school family.
