I hereby give my son permission to participate in the Retreat Program run by De Smet Jesuit High School.  I also give him permission to make use of the transportation provided by De Smet Jesuit to and from the retreat center.  I understand that the school rules are in force while on retreat and will try to cooperate with the needs of the retreat before and during this time.

 

I would like to attend and participate in the retreat program.  I will try to remain open to what the retreat is about.  I understand that all school rules are still in effect while on retreat.  Failure to follow these rules will result in calling parents, being sent home from the retreat center, and disciplinary action upon return to De Smet Jesuit.
