The National Honor Society (NHS) recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Members of De Smet Jesuit’s NHS lead by example—serving the community, supporting peers, and striving for academic achievement while living out the values of being Men for Others.

Student Council at De Smet Jesuit empowers students to lead with purpose. From planning school dances and pep rallies to organizing service initiatives, STUCO members shape the culture of our school while building their leadership skills. Each representative is elected by his peers and encouraged to lead through integrity, creativity, and care for the community.

The House System is the heartbeat of our student community. From your first day, you’ll be welcomed into one of six student Houses named after Jesuit saints.
