Hockey Strength and Conditioning Session
The focus of this program will be: 1) Injury prevention2) Coordination 3) Body awareness4) Speed (reactionary, first step and top end) 5) Strength (phase I base strength - phase II hockey specific strength)6) Core 7) A fun and challenging environment that will get guys interested in off ice training for years to come!
Instructor: Jeff Lovecchio, Owner RIPT Training and professional hockey player
Dates: May 29-August 3
Time: 7:15 - 8:45 pm on Wednesdays & 12:00 - 1:30 pm on Saturdays
Grades: Entering 9th - 12th
Fee: $450 (paid to Jeff on 1st day of camp)
