When I Shadowed at De Smet

  • Class of 2024
Danny Swallow '24

When I reflect on the day that I shadowed, the first thing that comes to mind is how welcoming everyone was. The student I was paired with showed me how De Smet teaches you to be a man for OTHERS.

I met a few people on my shadow day, including Mr. Sullivan, Mrs. Mosquera, and Mrs. Lang. I felt like I was going to love this school after being welcomed so sincerely. Everything I wanted in a high school was in De Smet's core values. I wanted to be a part of this great brotherhood and amazing family. A.M.D.G.
