Now that everyone has a Study Hall, here is some information on how your Study Hall will work.

All freshmen and sophomore students have one scheduled, proctored study hall over the course of their 8-block schedule (typically every other day). Freshmen and sophomores will have an assigned classroom and are to remain in that classroom for the entire study hall period.

Junior and senior students have scheduled study hall locations. Students must report to the assigned location and sign in with a supervisor. Students may then request to move to another approved location to work. Only the following spaces will be available to students: the library, the Emerson Lobby, or the cafeteria. Students may not go to the gym during study hall, and students may not move to an additional location without the approval of their study hall supervisor.

Approved senior students may arrive to school late and leave school early during their scheduled study hall times. For additional information about this senior privilege, refer to the "Out-to-Lunch, Late Arrival, and Early Dismissal Programs" section of this e-bulletin.
